Wowww......Bread rolls are crunchy outside & soft inside.... its a perfect evening snack for all, even kids.... it goes well tea/ coffee.....
Preparation time-15mins Cooking time- 5mins
Ingredients:
Bread slices-8
Potatoes- 2( medium..boiled & mashed well)
Green peas- 1/4cup
Sweet corn- 1/4cup
Ginger-garlic paste- 1tsp
Chopped onion-1(med)
Red chili powder- 1tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4tsp
Cumin seeds- 1tsp
Salt- to taste
Method:
- Heat 2tsp of oil, add cumin seeds & ginger-garlic paste....saute for 1min..
- Add chopped onion, coriander leaves(optional),chili powder, turmeric powder, saute for few mins......
- Add potatoes, green peas, sweet corn & sprinkle some salt...mix well...turn off the flame..
- Trim the edges of bread slices & keep it aside...
- Now dip one side of bread slightly into water & place the slice between your palms & press to squeeze the excess water...
- Place the filling in the middle & close the edges into oval shape......repeat it to make other rolls....keep it aside for 15mins..( to evaporate water from bread)
- Heat oil & drop the rolls slowly into it, fry until golden brown color...
- Serve it with tomato sauce.....
