ONION SAMOSA

  Somasas are all time favourite for me....its a north-indian version.. my hubby & son liked it very much.... it is so crispy, delicious & soft onions inside....it goes well with tea/coffee.......

 Ingredients:

 Pastry- 10 sheets
Chopped onions- 2
Rice flakes- 1/2cup
Chat masala- 1tsp
Chili powder- 1tsp
Salt - to taste
Coriander- 1 bunch
Oil- to fry

Method:

  • Tak a bowl, add chopped onions, rice flakes, chili powder, chat masala, salt, coriander leaves & mix well.....
  • Take a pastry sheet & brush the edges with maida paste...

  • Fill the mixture in the middle & make into triangular shape...


  • In a pan, add oil & deep fry till golden color...

  • NOTE: If u want, prepare pastry sheet at home.....Add maida, salt & 1tsp of oil, add water to make a soft dough....make a thin chapathies & cut into rectangle shapes...
