Pizza Pizza... Nowadays everyone started loving pizza, especially kids!!!!
Most of the kids love pizza, even the fussy eaters.. However, most parents wouldn't want their kids to eat a normal pizza, so I planned to prepare with Whole wheat base.. Actually its good for kids... We don't want kids to eat junk food, but this Chicken whole wheat pizza gives all nutrients to kids & all...
Last week my kid saw Canadian pizza product notice & asked pizza for the whole day.. I don't want to take him out, so just planned to prepare homemade pizza with wheat base.. It is LOW IN CALORIES & taste delicious.. Then I top up with capsicum & marinated chicken pieces over it.. It came out well & my JINJU loved it... Iam sure kids will love this yummy cheeeeeesssssy pizza..!!!!
Preparation time- 30 mins Cooking time- 25mins
INGREDIENTS:
FOR WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA BASE:
Refer HEREFOR PIZZA SAUCE:
Refer HEREFOR TOPPINGS:
Chicken- 100GMS(Finely chopped)Capsicum(green, yellow, red)- 1/2 each( cubed)
Pineapple- 1/2 (cubed)
Red chilli flakes- 2tsp
Mozzarella cheese- 1/2 cup(shredded)
Black olives- 3tsp
METHOD:
- First preheat oven to 150 deg C for 10mins...
- Meanwhile, take the chicken pieces, add red pinch of salt & 1tsp of pizza sauce ... marinate for 10-15mins...
- Roll the Whole wheat pizza base into 9" pizza tray... (I baked already for 20mins to get soft texture)...
- Apply pizza sauce on the wheat base....
- Then top up with marinated chicken pieces & all veggies... and cubed pineapple...
- Finally sprinkle shredded cheese all around, spread evenly... Then slighty brush the edges with olive oil...
- Now bake it for about 20mins at 150 deg C...(unti it turns golden brown & cheese melted)
- Yummmmy chicken pizza is ready to eat....
