Besan Ladoo...
Ingredients:
- Besan flour/green gram flour- 1cup
- Rava/ semolina- 6tsp
- Ghee- 1/2 cup
- Sugar- 3/4 cup
- Almonds- 5(grated)
Method:
- Take a non-stick pan & add besan flour & rava...mix well...
- Add the melted ghee & stir on low heat constantly..
- Laddu mixture looks golden, taste a little....there should be no sour after taste...
- When the mixture is cooked, turn off the flame..
- Let it be cool for 6mins...then add sugar & mix well....if u want more sugar...add on it...
- Add 1tsp of melted ghee & take the mixture in your palm & press to form small ball..
- Garnish it with grated almonds....
NOTE: Store ladoos in air-tight container..
