Besan Ladoo...

       
Ingredients:

  1. Besan flour/green gram flour- 1cup
  2. Rava/ semolina- 6tsp
  3. Ghee- 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar- 3/4 cup
  5. Almonds- 5(grated) 

    Method:  

    • Take a non-stick pan & add besan flour & rava...mix well...
    • Add the melted ghee & stir on low heat constantly..
    • Laddu mixture looks golden, taste a little....there should be no sour after taste...
    • When the mixture is cooked, turn off the flame..
    • Let it be cool for 6mins...then add sugar & mix well....if u want more sugar...add on it...
    • Add 1tsp of melted ghee & take the mixture in your palm & press to form small ball..
    • Garnish it with grated almonds....

      NOTE: Store ladoos in air-tight container..
