It is quite easy & unusual recipe....one of my mom's instant recipe...it tastes well...
Ingredients:
Fresh idly/dosai batter-1cup
Chopped onion- 1(big)
Chopped curry leaves- 1spring
Chopped coriander- 3tsp
Green chili- 2
Method:
- Take the batter in a bowl & add chopped onions, curry leaves, coriander, mint leaves, chilies..
- (Note: Dosai batter should be grinded before 1hour not more than that....)
- Mix well, batter is ready...
- Heat oil in a kadai, drop the batter into oil & fry till both sides of the vada turn to golden brown...
- Instant hot & crispy dosai maavu vadai is ready....
- Serve hot with coconut chutney....
