It's a perfect recipe for summer...Especially for kids who have a difficult time eating fruits...it contains vit c....
Ingredients:
Water melon-1 cup
Honey dew-1cup
Honey-2tsp
Water-1/14cup
Crushed ice- optional
Method:
- Cut the watermelon & honey dew into small pieces removing seeds & skin..
- Place in a blender & add 2tsp of honey & puree....
- Slowly pour the juice through a strainer into large glass to remove the pulp...
- Add crushed ice/ ice cubes.....serve it chill.....
