Green Gobi 65/ cauliflower Malligai..

I got this recipe from KITCHEN SUPER STAR programme.... its quite different from regular pakodas or gobi 65....its a colourful starter...



Ingredients for green chutney:

Other ingredients:

Corn flour- 3tsp
Maida- 1tsp
Rice flour- 2tsp
Cauliflower- 1cup
Salt- to taste
Oil- to fry

Method:

  • Mix the green chutney to a cauliflower florets & along with corn flour, rice flour, maida & salt into it...
  • Marinate for about 20mins..
  • Heat oil & fry the florets till brown color...
  • Drain oil & serve hot as a starter.....
