MUTTON LIVER CURRY/ Eeral kulambu...

Ingredients:

Liver- 250 gms
Small onions- 12
Tomato- 1
Garlic- 3cloves
Curry leaves- 1spring
Coriander leaves
Turmeric powder- 1/4tsp
Cinnamon stick - 1inch
Fennel seeds- 1/4tsp
Grated coconut- 3tsp
Pepper-jeera powder- 2tsp
Chili powder- 1/2tsp

Method:

  • First grind all the above ingredients except LIVER, into fine paste....

  • Heat 2tsp of oil in a cooker, add mustard seeds & curry leaves & add the above fine paste & liver into it.....add sufficient water to gravy....  
  • Close the lid & Allow it to 5 whistles.....Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves..
  • Serve it with hot rice/ idly.... perfect gravy for kids....
