ONION UTHAPPAM

Ingredients:

Dosa bater-1cup
Finely chopped onions-2 (med)
Grated carrot-1 cup
chopped curry leaves-3tsp
Chopped coriander leaves-3tsp    

Method:

  • Heat the dosa kal & spread batter into it(thick circle)
  • Drizzle chopped onions, curry & coriander leaves
  • Top up with grated carrots...add 2tsp of oil..
  • Turn it & allowed to cook on other side
  • Yummy uthappam is resdy to serve with onion & coconut chutney...
