Sweet Corn Mushroom Soup...

Ingredients:

Button mushrooms-1/2 cup
Sweetcorn-1/2 cup
Cornflour-2tsp
Celery leaves & stalk-1/2cup
Pepper-to taste
Soy sauce-3tsp
Tomato sauce-2tsp
Chili sauce-2tsp
Egg -1
Salt-o taste
Spring onions-for garnishing...

Method:

  • Take a pan & pour 1cup of water, when it starts boiling add the mushrroms & cook for 10mins..
  • Then add sweetcorn & celery stalks n leaves into it..
  • Dissolve the corn flour in some amount of water & pour into it...stir well..
  • It starts thickening.....and gently add beaten egg into it...
  • Keep stirring. Sprinkle some salt & pepper to taste.
  • Now add the above mentioned quantity of tomato,chili & soy sauce into it.
  • Garnish with finely chopped spring onions..
  • Hot & spicy...soup is ready to serve...
