Gobi 65

Ingredients:
Cauliflower   - 1 medium size
Corn Flour    - 3tsp
Rice flour      - 3tsp
Besan flour or green gram flour  - 2tsp
Maida   - 2tsp
Chilli powder - 1tsp
Food color - A pinch
Oil - 1/4 lit
Salt

Method:
  • Cut the Cauliflower in to medium size and put in to the hot water for 1min to kill the worms in it.
  • Take a bowl and add all the above ingredients except oil. Mix well with small amount of water to make thick smooth batter.
  • Mix cauliflower and batter well and marinate it for 1 hour.
  • After an hour, heat the oil in the pan and  fry the cauliflower till it turns to reddish brown color. 
  • Drain oil and keep it in the hot box.
  • Garnish it with fried curry leaves and serve it with tomato sauce.
