FRUIT CUSTARD is one of the easiest dessert....verrrry tasty & yummy recipe... More healthy dessert too... Most of the kids hate fruits, but it is better way to include fruits in their diet.... It is thick & creamy dessert... You can add all the fruits(YOUR CHOICE)... Here i added apple, pear, banana, grapes & pomegranate... Avoid watermelon..because its oozes water...It can be served chilled or immediately.. For better result, refrigerate for 1hr & serve chill.... Hope you will try this recipe...
INGREDIENTS:
Custard powder(vanilla flavoured)- 3-4tsp
Milk- 2cups(450ml)
Sugar- 50gms
Mixed fruits- apple/banana/papaya/grapes/strawberry/pome/musk melon/pear/kiwi
METHOD:
- First mix 3tsp of custard powder in 5tsp of warm milk & make a smooth paste...custard paste is ready....keep it aside...
- Boil 450 ml (2cups ) of milk & add sugar into it...
- Whisk continously... & bring it to boil.....add custard paste & keep stirring....until it becomes thick..
- After it comes to room temperaure, refrigerate it...
- Take a bowl & cut fruits of your choice...
- Pour cold custard into it & mix well...
- Serve chilled...
TIP: U can place the hot custard on top of the ice cubes & bring them to room temperature..
