Ice creams are all-time favourite for everyone..especially kids.... It is so soft & creamy... It is easy to prepare at home....
Ingredients:
Whole milk-(500ml)
Heavy whipping cream/thickened cream- 1cup
Sugar- 1/4cup
Corn flour- 1tsp
Method:
- First boil the milk in a pan...
- Add heavy whipping cream into it...stir well...
- Once it started boiling, add sugar & mix well...till it dissolve...
- Add 1tsp of corn flour & mix well......stir contionously to avoid any lumps...
- Finally add vanilla essence..mix well....turn off the flame...
- Now transfer it to aluminium tray &allow it to cool & then freeze it for 2 to 3 hrs...
- Remove the tray & beat it in a blender until smooth....
- Transfer this smooth cream into aluminium tray & cover it with polythene sheet...make sure that sheet is touching the icecream surface....(to avoid the formation of layer over)
- Allow it to set for half an hour...
- Serve the delicious ice cream & enjoy the taste.....
