Onion Pakoda..

Ingredients: 

     oil-1/4 lit

   Onion-2(big)

   Curry leaves

    Chilli-3

    Corn flour-1tsp

   Rice flour-1tsp

   Besan flour-3tsp

   salt -to taste    

 

Method:    

  • Take a bowl & add chopped onions (chop vertically), curry leaves, chilli. corn flour, rice n besan flour & salt.... mix well...and make into dough texture...
  • Heat the oil & drop the mixture into it..
  • Deep fry in a low flame....
  • When golden brown appears, take out & drain oil ....
  • Onion pakoda is ready to serve with tea/ coffee.... best evening snack for kids!!!!!!
