Prawn thokku.....
Ingredients:
- oil-5tsp
- Chopped onions-2(medium)
- Chopped tomatoes-1(big)
- Ginger garlic paste-2tsp
- Chilli powder-2tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Coriander leaves- for garnishing.....
- Prawns -500gms..

Method:
- Heat the pan & add 5tsp of oil....add ginger garlic paste & saute for 3mins..
- Add finely chopped onions & saute for 5mins til u get golden brown colour..
- Then add tomatoes into it & stir well...
- Now add chilli & turmeric powder, saute till the raw smell goes off...
- Small amount of water is added to it &sprinkle some salt & mix well....
- Its time to add prawns & cook for about 5 to 8mins... stir well until u get thick gravy.... garnish with coriander leaves..
- Prawn thokku is ready to serve with hot rice...or with chapathi.....
Note: If prawn is over cooked, it gives rubbery texture...turn off the flame within 7mins.
