PANEER BUTTER MASALA...(Restaurant style)

Its a popular Indian dish, more creamy & tasty....it goes well with naan bread, roti & chapathi..

Cooking Time- 15 mins 

Ingredients:

Cubed paneer- 1cup
Ground onion- 1
Tomato puree- 1cup
Ginger-garlic paste-1tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4tsp
Garam masala- 1/2tsp
Chili powder- 1tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2tsp
Thick cream- 4tsp

For seasoning:

Cumin seeds- 1tsp
Bay leaves-2
Cloves- 2

Method:

  •   Heat 2tsp of oil in a pan & add cumin seeds,bay leaf ,cloves & ginger-garlic paste...saute for 1min..
  • Add the fine ground onion & tomato puree...saute for 3mins...
  • Then add chili,coriander & turmeric powder...garam masala, sprinkle some salt ino it....saute for 4mins...add water accordingly..
  • Add paneer & cook at low medium flame....cover for 3mins..
  • Add thick cream & mix well....(if u want thicker gravy, add more cream)
