SAGO PAYASAM...

Ingredients:

 Javvarisi/sago-1/2 cup
Water- 1.5cup
Milk-1cup
Sugar-1/2cup(to taste)
Cardamon powder-1/4tsp
Gh-1sp
Cashews- 8 broken
Raisins- 10 
Food color- pinch

Method:

  • In a sauce pan boil 1.5 cups of water & add the sago o it. Cook for about 4-5mins.
  • Meanwhile boil the milk separately & keep it aside.
  • Now add sugar & stir well....
  • Add the boiled milk & keep stirring in low flame..
  • Add cardamon powder & pinch of food color to it & cook for 2-3mins..
  • Take a pan & heat 1tsp of ghee & fry the cashews, raisins & add to it..
  • Delicious & tasty payasam is ready to serve...either hot/cold...
